Update - Resource pages FINALLY completed (at least for now)!

It has taken me awhile, but I finally have almost all of the resource pages up to date, along with August PD events listed on the home page.

Just a quick update to let readers know the Resource pages are finally up to date (at least for now). One of the things I really wanted to do with this website format was have links available that teachers could use - not just the main page, but for 5-6 featured websites in each list I want to be able to point out the "good stuff" that you would otherwise have to search for. These are all MY picks for which sites got featured and which got listed further below - in many cases it was based on my familiarity with their content, and in some cases trying to emphasize sites I think can be used regardless of "politics".

Websites with a strong ideological focus will more often than not end up in the listings below, but I will try to give you a fair and balanced mix of resources there as well. Personally, I've gotten a similar number of classroom ideas from Vox or Zinn on the left, as I have from Cato or PragerU on the right. My goal here is to make suggestions for resources from a mix, and let YOU pick what works for your classroom. I will keep adding to those link lists further down each resource page, but the featured websites should be set for now.

One last thing - I also updated the August PD suggestions on the front page - hoping to have some more news on that soon . . .
